Hi, my name is Amy Ferguson and I’m a realtor with Coldwell Banker Heritage. My beginnings in real estate hail from a highly competitive market where I successfully built a business working with properties ranging into the multiple millions of dollars. I chose to move my real estate practice to my beloved hometown of Dayton, Ohio where I could be of service and raise my family in the community that meant so much to me growing up. This allows me to do what I love near, and often times for the people I love, while bringing with me the invaluable skills and experience garnered from having worked with a variety of property styles and values. Buyers and sellers deserve the clarity and direct communication needed to make the home buying and selling process successful. My role is to make sure that when my clients are through their real estate transaction, they’ve not only just successfully bought or sold a home, but they are also left with complete clarity of the transaction and a greater knowledge of real estate in general. With a strong understanding of the current market I’m able to help buyers and sellers strategize, negotiate, and be competitive. My unique marketing approach from years of experience in television’s commercial industry provides sellers a way to really stand out with their listings. Sellers need to know how to price their home, and how to prep it for listing to make sure that they are getting offers at that higher end of the range of value. How to do our best to ensure the property appraises at the value they are under contract for. That timelines are met, everyone is doing what they're supposed to be doing, and the process goes smoothly. Buyers need to know how to be competitive in their offers while still remaining protected. How to navigate the inspection process. And how to stay within their contractual timelines to ensure they meet their obligations and are able to make a successful purchase. If you’re looking to sell or buy a home or are just curious about real estate and have questions please give me a call. I’d be happy to have a consultation with you and walk you through the process. I look forward to meeting you.
